Terms and Conditions
Payment: At this time, we accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover), company check, cashier's check, money order, or cash. We do accept purchase orders and terms are available. If your company requests terms please fill out our new account form and fax it to  (936).293.1223

Pricing: Prices included on website are subject to change at any time and will reflect manufacturers pricing changes. 

Returned Checks: If a check is returned as insufficient, an additional charge of $20.00 plus any additional fees of collection will be assessed and added to the unpaid balance. All future payments will only be accepted in guaranteed funds such as cash, money order, or certified check. 

Delivery: Free personal delivery is available to local schools, businesses and organizations; however we reserve the right to deny delivery at our discretion at any time due to unfavorable conditions for the delivery person. Deliveries will be made during the hours of operation Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Other delivery times are available and may be arranged upon ordering. Time and availability of out of town deliveries are generally not available but may be discussed at the time of ordering. If we cannot deliver an item personally for any reason or if it is more convenient, items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS freight carrier. Delivery time is generally 1-2 business days. There will be no freight charge fro orders of $75.00 and over. A freight charge of $9.95 will be added for orders under $75.00

Defective Items: Products are sold with manufacturer's warranty. Reid Office Supply makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer's equipment other than the vendor's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.

Product Damaged in Transit: If you recieve a box that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If the carrier has left the premises immediately call Reid Office Supply. It's important that you do not open the damaged box until after inspection by the carrier. If you open a delivery and then notice the product is damaged or missing, return ALL product and packaging to the box until after it is inspected by the carrier. 

Shipping Errors:
Any Shipping errors must be reported within 489 hours of receipt of product. 
 Unopened Items: any unused and unopened items returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of order date and has to be in re-sellable condition in the original package. We cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer's boxes have been opened, written on or otherwise marked in any way. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to approval and may include a restocking fee.
